For our QC Department in Made, North Brabant, we are looking for a 

QC Assistant

(full time)

As a Quality Control Assistant in the vegetable seed industry, you will collaborate closely with teams across production, R&D, logistics, seed supply and other departments. Your ability to communicate effectively and work seamlessly with others will be key to maintaining high quality standards and supporting smooth operational workflows. Success in this role relies on a hands-on mindset, strong teamwork, and a keen eye for detail.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working according to QC manual

• Planning tests

• Updating planning tools

• Contacting production department for updates

• Monitoring process and planning (prioritizing, following deadlines)

• Sending out samples to external labs/growouts

• Processing results

• Reporting laboratory results

• Filling in test protocols for new varieties

• Adjusting different routing tests

• Responding to inquiries from various departments regarding which tests to perform, available results, and their interpretations

• Trouble shooting

• Authorization NAL

• Following standard protocols

• Writing and updating protocols 

Candidate profile:

• Aable to work under pressure & deal with deadlines. 

• Experience with MS Outlook & Excel (formulas/lookups is a must)

• Following standard protocols, quality oriented, attention to details

• Working accurately, flexible with team spirit, communicative

• Experience LIMS system (Starlims v9) would be a great plus

• Dutch and English speaking
