Then the position as Marcom Manager is the perfect challenge for you. 


As Marcom Manager you are providing your expertise and support to our subsidiaries and other internal partners, applying market driven approach and solutions orientation. You are the bridge between the corporate organization and the regional markets. 

Creating a Marcom strategy in assigned domains and implementing it on corporate and regional level is something that gives you energy. In this role you get the chance to work on the brand visibility an awareness of Hazera Seeds on a global and local level. You are developing, managing and executing plans for the regional markets and managing the budgets. 
As a Marcom Manager you have a focus on digital, branding, events and content PR. Working on the website, social media, content creation and supporting the product managers in their Marcom activities are your responsibility. You are working on this together with the Marcom officer, who you are managing.

Job requirements


  • A background in marketing and communication, events management or another suitable education or work experience
  • At least three years marketing experience as a specialist/ manager, experience within a seeds company, agriculture or food is a plus
  • You have an eager to learn, are open-minded and dare to think out of the box
  • You enjoy collaboration, are service minded and want to help people to reach their goals
  • Excellent communication skills, in Dutch and English
  • Experience with time management and able to prioritize
