Then the role of Administrative Assistant Production in Made is something for you. We are searching for a new colleague who is available for 30-40 hours a week. 

 

Responsibilities:

As an administrative assistant of production, you are responsible for an efficient and effective production Department administration by supporting the production team. 

 

  • Accounting for the production contracts, create orders and work orders, follow-up, maintaining and updating files, update crop estimates provided by the Production.

  • Specialist, printing and sending contract to vendors and growers. Most administration mentioned above using the ERP and other relevant systems (Docusign).

  • Preparing, sending, and following up on documents via DocuSign.

  • Entering and coordinating stock seed orders and preparing shipment documents.

  • Handling the administration insource purchase.

  • Printing reception documents and various types of labels/tags.

  • Prepare reception acknowledgements and quality reports for growers.

  • Preparing of cost invoices for growers in The Netherlands and in France.

  • Input the working hours for temporary workers in coordination with production specialist. 

  • Working on several administrative support within the production activity.

  • Archiving documents, both digitally and physically.

Job requirements

Candidate profile:

  • MBO degree and the ability to learn. Or equivalent experience.

  • Good communicator and likes it to work in a team.

  • Very High level of Dutch and English language skills written and verbal.

  • Experience and knowledge of Excel.

  • Flexible due to seasonality of our crops.
